I am skilled in Management, Organizational Development, Training, Public Speaking, Quality Assurance, and Process Improvement. I have strong human resources knowledge with a Master of Arts focused in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix.  I began my career as a programmer and have produced code in multiple different languages.
